Keeping with the “sunset” theme is appropriate, because on
Siesta Key, watching the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico is a major nightly
event.
One again we were invited to the Florida condo of our friends, Andrea
and Greg. Having experienced one of the worst winters (weather-wise) of our
lives, we jumped at the chance for some warmth and sunshine. The difference this time (compared to our
visit in 2012) was that our other friends Laurie and Tony were also invited.
Vacationing with three couples could in some cases be challenging, but here, a
good time was had by all of us.
We all
enjoyed good food and drink, walking on the beach, sitting by the pool,
reading, and watching the Winter Olympics.

spectacular sunsets, as well as the appetizers we enjoyed at cocktail hour.
